Maybe you are working too hard and have become jaded, stale and too frustrated to be able to think clearly and effectively. Maybe your body is screaming for rest and recovery. Continuing to push ahead and ignore all the warning signals will be at your peril. It is a risk to let go and take a break for all those keeners who think pushing themselves is the ultimate answer to success. Sometimes doing the opposite of what we think is right is the best way to improve. The fact is you won't ever know what's best unless you are willing to try something different. After all your performance decline isn't doing your confidence any good so what have you got to lose. Take a holiday from your sport and see what happens. I am sure you will be astounded at your improvement. Try it out what have you got to lose. Let me know how it works for you.

P

Pro Mind Athletic Power Tools

If you are looking for a quick fix to your athletic performance try the Pro Mind Athletic Power Tools. Poor athletic performance doesn't just appear randomly and without cause. Look at the winner of the British Golf Championship today. Darren Clarke has not played well since his wife died of Cancer five years ago. Now that Darren has fallen in love again his life and golf have taken an amazing turn for the good. Is it an accident that falling in love could account for such an amazing turn of events in his life including his golf game? I don't think so. So what is the Pro Mind tool here? The trick is to get to a place in your life where you feel loved, accepted and awesome. Love will do that for you. It can be a lover who gives you that power or it can be falling in love with how magnificent you really are.

Getting Focused

In order to get focused you have to clear out all the garbage from the past experiences. It makes no sense to use mental training bandaids until your mind is clear and prepared for new information. Cramming junk in will only be spit out by your mental computer when the space is totally full of negativity. New information can only be accepted when there is space to receive it.
The mind is a receptacle and when it is full it will reject all new information. The Pro Mind program is all about helping you dump the information that is useless and out of date and then replace it with the stuff that is positive and constructive.
