Pro Mind Letting Go
Have you ever had the sense that you are working harder and harder and getting no where with your sport performance. Maybe you are working too hard and have become jaded, stale and too frustrated to be able to think clearly and effectively. Maybe your body is screaming for rest and recovery. Continuing to push ahead and ignore all the warning signals will be at your peril. It is a risk to let go and take a break for all those keeners who think pushing themselves is the ultimate answer to success. Sometimes doing the opposite of what we think is right is the best way to improve. The fact is you won't ever know what's best unless you are willing to try something different. After all your performance decline isn't doing your confidence any good so what have you got to lose. Take a holiday from your sport and see what happens. I am sure you will be astounded at your improvement. Try it out what have you got to lose. Let me know how it works for you.
